Some good tunes. Not much else to say really. ‘Close to Midnight’s indie groove deservedly got several from a decent turnout moving; ‘Universe’ was just a good song, and ‘Bohemian Peace’, a slower number, featured a useful organ sound; the keyboardist definately adds another dimension to this band. Not a bad set by any means, but it would be nice to hear some innovation that I’m sure they’re capable of. An expanding of their horizons will see this band move from being just another ska act, to one of the best bands on the Manchester unsigned circuit.
